At Valenia Textiles, we are committed to offering premium ethnic wear with the best shopping experience for our customers.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Missing item in the package
To request a return or exchange, customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear images and an unboxing video of the product.
Conditions for Return
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact
- Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange
Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Minor color variation due to lighting, photography, or screen settings
- Size or fitting issues
- Used, washed, or altered products
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI after verification.
